There are a number of conditions. It is our conditions and quality of service that ensure you enjoy your stay with us.
Within the park boundaries there a limited recreational facilities. We are unable to meet the total play needs of all age groups. What we do offer is more suited to couples or couples with young children. Children over 10 years will be bored unless parents are willing to find other activities for them. Teenagers will be bored unless they can leave the park to meet their recreational and social needs.
As a tourist park we cater for a variety of people in a close communal environment which, by its very nature demands some RESTRAINT and CONSIDERATION by and between guests. Over many years of experience we are assured that our CONSERVATIVE CONDITIONS are the reason most of our customers return. Risk management also dictates that we institute conditions that optimise safety of our guests, visitors and staff.

This park is closely supervised by the operators and their staff. Problems are responded to.
Contrary to current advertising about freedom and doing your own thing, park rules and restrictions are standard industry practice. We believe in your right to be informed before you choose, so detailed conditions are forwarded by mail to all enquirers prior to finalising a booking.
